Super Mandro: The Best 1 Andro Supplement for Building Muscle

1 andro super mandro

When it comes to muscle-building supplements, there are three basic types:

  • One that does absolutely nothing (“boost testosterone levels by 435% with this herb!”).
  • Another that supports building muscle by keeping your body and internal systems healthy (like fish oil and vitamins).
  • And a third that actually builds muscle directly through hormonal pathways.

As a prohormone, 1 Andro falls into this third category.

Since the prohormone ban of 2014, 1 Andro is the most effective prohormone still available legally.

And Super Mandro is the highest dosed 1 Andro supplement on the market.

What exactly is 1 Andro?

1 Andro is a non-methylated prohormone that does not convert to DHT or estrogen.

That means you don't have to worry about excessive liver stress, hair loss, or estrogen issues with this product.

Specifically, 1 Andro converts to 1-testosterone, which is more anabolic (muscle-building) than testosterone, but doesn't carry any of the androgenic effects (hair growth, aggression, etc.).

A recent study from West Texas A&M University showed that in experienced weightlifters, 1 Andro increased fat free mass by an average of 8.8 lbs and decreased body fat by 4.4 lbs over the course of a 4-week study.

The only downsides were a decrease in participants' good cholesterol and an elevation of liver enzymes and bad cholesterol.

While those are far from desirable, they're expected and temporary side effects of taking any anabolic substance.

Altogether, this means that 1 Andro is an effective, muscle-building prohormone that's much safer than the ones that have been banned.

1 Andro has received rave reviews (with many claiming it's the closest thing to steroids you can legally obtain) and common reported benefits include:

  • Lean mass gains
  • Decreased body fat
  • Muscle hardening effects
  • Increased strength
  • Improved recovery
  • Results you can keep

So naturally, I was interested in this product!

This isn't my first rodeo

I'm not a seasoned vet or anything, but I do have something to which I can compare this cycle.

I tried my first prohormone last winter, which was another brand of 1 Andro.

I also took an Ostarine product in the spring, but have never used any illegal steroids or tried other prohormones.

During my previous 1 Andro cycle, I didn't experience any benefit at all, even when I ran it as high as 4x the recommended dose!

My bench press only went up 5 lbs over 7 weeks, which was actually worse than the same span of time before starting it.

I'd heard and read amazing things about 1 Andro, so I had to attribute my lack of results to an unproven delivery system.

The product I took was the rapid dissolve tablets by AMS. Since others have reported great results using this supplement, I won't bad mouth it, but I didn't see any benefit personally.

Despite experiencing such lackluster results with the sublingual tablets, I still wanted my chance at all of these reported benefits of 1 Andro.

So the obvious choice was to instead opt for the standard capsule form – and Super Mandro fit that description perfectly.

So perfectly, in fact, that it's the exact formulation and delivery system used in the West Texas A&M study mentioned above.

Each 3 capsule serving contains 330 mg of 1 Andro and 150 mg Bergamottin for enhanced absorption.

Goals on Super Mandro cycle

I know this is hard for a lot of guys to believe (myself included), but I'm roughly the size I want to ultimately be.

I've been obsessed with getting bigger and bigger in the past, but in recent months, I've realized just how happy I can be around 185 lbs.

Especially since starting Iron & Tweed, I need to have a body that fits into normal clothes, and I need to maintain a more consistent size so I don't have to keep multiple wardrobes on hand for a constantly fluctuating body weight.

For those reasons, I'm more concerned with fine tuning and anticipate putting the majority of my effort to recomposition, rather than lengthy bulking and cutting cycles.

So that was my goal with Super Mandro. Specifically, I wanted to:

  • Maintain my current weight
  • Increase strength and mass
  • Drop a little body fat

To help with balancing proportions, I wasn't going to turn my nose up at adding a little mass to my lagging delts and triceps.

Did it happen?

Results on Super Mandro

Keep in mind when reading this, before taking Super Mandro:

  • I was already training 6 days per week
  • I was already diligently tracking macros
  • I was eating 80% clean foods
  • I didn't increase calories for this cycle
  • I'd been on TRT for over a year

My dosing started at the recommended 3 caps per day, and was increased weekly by 1 cap per day until reaching 6 caps daily for the last 4 weeks.

I took my capsules over the course of the day, basically with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Week 1 (3 caps per day)

Like other DEHA products, 1 Andro is notorious for taking around 3 weeks to really “kick in” so I tried not to get too excited early on.

Even though I didn't anticipate any changes right away, I couldn't help but notice a better “connection” with my muscles during the first week.

It wasn't anything dramatic, but I just felt like I could contract my muscles harder and had more control and ability to isolate the target muscles.

Now, it took me years to develop a good mind-muscle connection with my triceps and I still have to focus intensely to really feel them working.

During my first arm workout I was hitting tricep pressdowns for a warmup and the exercise felt much better than usual.

I could feel the muscle working through the entire range of motion and it was so easy to keep the tension exactly where I wanted it.

Most other muscles followed suit and my workouts were really fun during Week 1.

Week 2 (4 caps per day)

If Week 1 was all about mind-muscle connections, Week 2 was about the most wicked pumps I've ever had!

I always get a decent pump when I'm working with reps above 5, but nothing that was as painfully awesome as when on Super Mandro.

I actually had to flip my exercise order on shoulder/arm days.

Working shoulders first left them so engorged and stretched that I was unable to hold my arms steady for curls and triceps extensions.

Even working chest and back left me with the most wicked shoulder and arm pump I've ever had!

Sorry for the blurry photo. I was too fatigued to hold my phone steady, haha.

Week 3 (5 caps per day)

Throughout Week 3, my strength started to climb steadily.

Every workout I was increasing weight and reps and feeling so good in the gym that I was tacking on extra sets and exercises.

I would compare the strength gains to the first 6 months of TRT.

I wasn't just eking out and extra rep on a single set.

I was consistently adding two or three reps across all sets of every exercise and shocking the hell out of myself!

During Weeks 1 and 2, I worked up to getting 3 sets of my target 8 reps on the incline press with my working weight.

But during Week 3, I was feeling particularly ambitious so I slid an extra 20 lbs on the bar, fully prepared to sacrifice a couple reps to move more weight.

But I ended up banging out 3 sets of 10 with the additional 20 lbs. They were nice, controlled reps, too.

You can't beat the feeling of lifting more weight and getting more reps, all with good form.

Week 4 (6 caps per day)

I'm always thinking about getting better and better in every aspect of life.

While I'm proud of the progress I've made with my physique, I always wanted a bit more size, a little less fat, and more aesthetically pleasing proportions.

But during the 4th week on Super Mandro, for the first time ever, I became more or less content with my physique.

Was this purely psychological? I don't think so.

While reviewing photos from a shoot, I was really pleased not only with the style component, but with the fact that I looked muscular in my clothes as well.

This isn't an easy task for a tall ectomorph like myself.

I can look muscular and ripped without clothes, but lacking the sheer size that comes with a big bone structure usually makes stretching my sleeves a difficult task.

But it wasn't just me noticing. Here are some well-timed Instagram comments.

1 andro super mandro results

Week 5-8 (6 caps per day)

I'm not going to differentiate between weeks here because I held the dose constant and the Super Mandro had plenty of time to kick in.

It was basically the same story from here on out.

I continued to add either reps or weight to multiple exercises every workout.

Sometimes I had to repeat a certain weight for a second workout to reach my target reps, but I never had to try more than twice.

This was the single most successful period of lifting in my life!

Summary of Super Mandro results

1 andro super mandro results

The biggest benefit was regaining all the strength I lost as a result of cutting 15 lbs over the course of 8 months or so. And I did it without adding any significant bodyweight or increasing calories.

  • I added some mass to my lagging body parts
  • My physique has a dry, hardened look and feel
  • I lost a little body fat while gaining just a couple pounds (recomp!)
  • I didn't get sore from a single workout after the second week

Had I eaten to support greater weight gains, I have no doubt that I could've packed on the pounds and the strength gains would've been even more impressive.

My recovery was so good that, despite consistently increasing my workload (6 days per week) for close to 8 weeks, I felt fresh and ready to go every time I walked into the gym.

So far, it's been two weeks since I took my last dose of Super Mandro. I haven't lost any strength or mass and I feel incredible!

Super Mandro Side Effects

I ran Super Mandro for a total of 8 weeks. I started at the recommended dose and tapered up weekly until I was double dosing it.

Also, one night I absentmindedly dosed myself at 2 caps, twice. That's more than the recommended daily dose in a single serving.

And what did I experience as a result of heavily dosing this prohormone?

No acne.

No anger.

No bitch tits.

Well, I did get stuck on the bench for the first time since I can remember the next morning, so maybe the increased confidence bit me in the ass, but I consider a little extra cockiness a good thing.

An Important Note

Now keep in mind, I'm already on TRT so I don't need to think about a testosterone base or post cycle therapy (PCT).

Unless you're also on TRT, I recommend you take a testosterone product like Andro the Giant to prevent loss of libido and lethargy.

Although Super Mandro is very mild, it can still suppress your natural testosterone production. Adding an over-the-counter PCT like Post Cycle 3X should help counter any suppression you may experience.

Who should take Super Mandro?

First things first:

I don't recommend 1 Andro for complete newbies.

I know it's extremely tempting and you want results now, but diet and training are Number 1.

Adding 1 Andro won't help much with long-term progress unless you know how your body responds to diet and training.

Before taking any hormonal products, either legal ones like Super Mandro or the illegal kind, you should be able to gain and lose weight at will.

If you don't have this control over your body, you won't be able to take full advantage of a heightened anabolic environment and any results will be short-lived.

Now that I've said my piece, who should take Super Mandro?

Anyone looking to get their feet wet

I didn't just increase my dose haphazardly.

It's well known that 1 Andro can be run up to around 1,000 mg per day without worrying about side effects.

And with results showing up at around 300 mg per day, there's a huge buffer zone.

Even before the 2014 prohormone ban, 1 Andro was the most frequently recommended prohormone for beginners.

Before I really knew anything about them, I imagined taking prohormones to be two solid months of battling gynecomastia, acne, and a raging temper.

But the fact is that this is a very mild prohormone with nice, smooth gains and no noticeable side effects.

If you need an introduction to the world of anabolics, it doesn't get much better than Super Mandro.

Anyone looking to push past their natural limit

For some, it takes a year or two for natural progress to come to a halt. For others, it will take longer than that.

But sooner or later, you'll hit a wall and be left with three options.

  1. You can choose to maintain you current physique/strength
  2. You can dial everything in perfectly and hope for small improvements
  3. You can run a prohormone or anabolic steroid

For most guys who've put in years at the gym to build a body they're proud of, they'll never be content with stagnation and will never accept tiny changes for the rest of their lives.

If this sounds like you, 1 Andro is a perfect next step.

It won't be as effective as real anabolic steroids, but it's safer and doesn't come with the legal risk.

Anyone wanting a dense, aesthetic physique

1 andro super mandro results

It's common to associate massive water weight gains, acne, and stretch marks with prohormones.

And for good reason.

These were common attributes of cycles with some of the now banned prohormones.

But not to fear, 1 Andro isn't some dirty bulking hormone that converts to estrogen and causes you to gain so much water that you end up with a bloated physique and stretch marks.

If calories are increased, most guys will gain a conservative 5-10 lbs while on Super Mandro and keep it after the cycle is over.

Provided you keep your calories at a reasonable level, you can expect the size you gain on Super Mandro to be pure, dense muscle.

The non-estrogenic nature and fat burning abilities of 1 Andro will help you build a strong, hard-looking physique.

Anyone looking for pure strength

Super Mandro is an excellent strength builder.

Hell, I didn't even increase my calories and I became strong as an ox (for me at least).

If you have your eyes set on achieving personal records in the gym, 1 Andro can be a valuable tool to use.

That's not to say that anyone exclusively interested in size shouldn't take this product as everyone can benefit greatly from increasing their strength.

The more weigh you can lift maximally, the more weight you can lift for hypertrophy sets, the greater the size gains you'll achieve.

So really, both the strength and size athlete will experience huge benefits from the strength gains on Super Mandro.

Final thoughts

So with Super Mandro we have an extremely effective, versatile, proven, and safe prohormone that will help your body perform at the highest level possible.

It'll help you build a solid, aesthetic physique.

It'll help you become strong as an ox.

And it will do all this with minimal side effects.

And now the big question. Will I take Super Mandro again?

All the best,

Great information, Nate. I see on the website that sells the product that some type of joint supplement is recommended. I didn’t see that you mentioned it. Did you have problems with your joints?

Thanks again for the info you put out.

I did take Joyful Joints as recommended on the Strong Supplement Shop website as well as Blockade for additional support. Just for reference, when I took the 1 andro product by AMS I didn’t take anything else and didn’t experience dry joints or other side effects.

If this is the study you’re referencing, this is how they sum up the article:

The oral PS 3β-hydroxy-5α-androst-1-en-17-one improves body composition and muscular strength. However, these changes come at a significant cost. Cardiovascular health and liver function are particularly compromised. Given these findings, we feel the harm associated with this particular PS outweighs any potential benefit.

      December 2, 2015 at 3:24 pm

Yeah, that’s the one. The effects on lipids and liver enzymes are a result of cycling any prohormone or steroid, but they’re only temporary. Just for comparison, having a few drinks the night before going in for blood work will cause your doctor to think you’re in liver failure. So many things including alcohol, weightlifting, and taking OTC pain relievers elevate your liver enzymes out of the safe zone. But I can definitely understand that researchers shouldn’t recommend products when there are obvious side effects. Especially when the potential benefits, improved body composition and strength, are very low on the list of priorities for researchers and the general public.

Solid evaluation Nate! Super Mandro is legit, I added on 9lbs with just one bottle of super mandro, and I used andro the giant as well.

Mike, I would use a joint supp as well. Make sure you drink a lot of water, dry gainers can cause your joints to get a bit achy.

In terms of legal supps, Super Mandro is pretty legit.

Nate just read the article and I’m really interested. When you took it for 8 weeks I’m assuming you purchased two bottles? What is the recommended cycle someone should be on super mandro on? 6 weeks good enough or go for the fully 8?

I took both for 8 weeks. The products that are still legal are mild compared to some of the prohormones of the past so you’ll see the best results running them for longer.

Yeah I had two bottles and ran it for 8 weeks. The legal supplements left on the market are more mild (both in terms of side effects and results) compared to the old ones so longer steady cycles are better. I wouldn’t run it at less than 8 weeks.

I went through 3 bottles, although I don’t think everyone will need that many. I only went that high because my body seems to be reluctant to respond to anabolics. Take TRT for example, I needed 200 mg per week to get my total T to the top of the normal range while I know other guys who are that high on half my dose. Also, my lack of results from my previous 1 andro cycle made me want to do this one right. I did take most of my doses with food as recommended but occasionally took my last dose right before bed on a mostly empty stomach. It didn’t seem to make a lot of difference when I took it.

For Super Mandro I took 2 with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 6 per day.

It would be a good idea to have some on hand. Unless you experience any estrogenic side effects, it isn’t strictly necessary. Super Mandro alone won’t convert to estrogen so no worries there. Andro the Giant converts to testosterone which can result in elevated estrogen levels. So I say, get a bottle and take it if you feel the need. And if not, save it for next time.

    Hey Nate,
I thought all these kinds of products were illegal now. Thanks for identifying one that actually works and is still OK to buy!
You mention that this product will convert into 1-testosterone which is more anabolic than natural or standard exogenous testosterone as used in TRT. Do you know how androgenic it is compared to testosterone? I’m curious whether it feasible for the ladies to use as well as the guys?

    • Reply
      December 3, 2015 at 9:32 pm

Most of them are illegal as of late 2014. The andro product that was banned in 2004 was a 1 step conversion to 1 Testosterone. This one is a 2 step conversion and may be sliding by due to a loophole. Testosterone has a 1:1 ratio anabolic:androgenic. 1 Andro is closer to 2:1, but I still don’t think it’d be good for women. I’ve heard of women using SARMs like Ostarine.

The second ingredient is of concern to my TRT doctor and myself:

Bergamottin: This is a substance naturally found in grapefruit and is a natural inhibitor of an enzyme found in the liver and intestines called CYP3A4. This enzyme plays a role in removing 1-Androsterone from your body and breaks it down very fast causing much of the compound to just pass through your system. With Bergamottin inhibiting this process, the compounds break down is significantly reduced allowing for more of it to be absorbed into the bloodstream.

CYP3A4 is an extremely important enzyme and this link details some of the medications that can have near fatal consequences when paired with a CYP3A4 inhibitor.

The reason I’m extra concerned about the liver damage is because I’ve been prescribed and taken Adderall for many years (off and on), which is very hard on the liver. I’m currently taking 30mg XRs daily (M-F) to help me stay focused and get my work done.

TLDR: Do you think there’s a significant risk of liver damage for a guy already on TRT with elevated liver enyzymes from taking Adderall? And no, I don’t drink much alcohol.

    • Reply
      December 8, 2015 at 5:47 pm

The ingredient bergamottin has been discussed by Dr. Todd Lee as being the main cause for the elevated enzymes in the study done I linked to on 1 Andro. In trials he’s done with 1 Andro alone, he reported no altered blood work. The liver is a resilient organ, but I wouldn’t want to attack it from multiple angles. Since you’re on Adderall, I would either skip the prohormones altogether or look into the AMS 1 Andro I liked to in the article above which does not contain bergamottin.

Sorry for the double post, but I also noticed modafinil is an inducer of the above enzyme while Tadalafil (Cialis) is an inhibitor.

Inducers reduce the effectiveness of the enzyme by diluting plasma concentrations a lot, so it’s not like the balance each other out.

I just know a lot of fans of yours are also fans of Victor Pride, Mike Cernovich, Chris at GLL and JohnDoeBodybuilding and as such might also be taking modafinil and/or Cialis.

    Something to think about.

I want to give this a try, but I don’t want a liver transplant later in life.

    Awesome and thorough article,Nate!
So you were doing TRT during the cycle, right? Will the testosterone help you retain your gains?
Also, have you tried any SARMs? If yes, will you be doing a writeup on those too? I heard Victor just released his own product,Osta-red.

    • Reply
      December 8, 2015 at 5:51 pm

Yes, I continued TRT as normal on this cycle. Being on a constant dose of testosterone eliminates the need to jump start natural production after the cycle is over. This is the point where a lot of guys lose the gains they made on cycle. So, yes TRT does help maintain gains after cycle. I have used Ostarine a few months ago and really liked it. I’ll most likely be doing a writeup of Osta-red in the future. It won’t be immediately because I don’t want to always be “on.” I’ll let you know as soon as I try it.

    • Reply
      December 8, 2015 at 11:58 pm

Yes. Without TRT it’s necessary to provide your body with testosterone while it’s natural production is being suppressed on cycle and then give it something to help jump start things after you’re finished.

You would take Eradicate during your cycle to keep estrogen down and then Post Cycle 3X after to bring your test levels back up.

With the two bottles, just run it at 3 caps per day for the entire 8 weeks. Since it takes 3 weeks to really kick in, you’ll most likely get better results running it for longer. When my best friend came back from a 6 month deployment in Afghanistan he was about 25 lbs heavier and shredded. He said the gyms on base are a magical place for building muscle. Good luck and thanks for your service!

Absolutely. I kept my calories the same for this cycle and only gained about 2 lbs over the course of 8 weeks. You could eat at a slight deficit, maybe 200 calories per day below maintenance, and you’ll drop body fat and get a lot stronger. Increasing your strength will help tremendously with endurance in the long run.

Nice write up, Nate… Just happened by this site. Been researching Super Mandro and Andro the Giant for awhile. Things can get a bit confusing when others start talking about having a SERM on hand as well as using an AI. In your honest opinion what would be a complete safe stack while using both Andro products, on cycle and post cycle. Thanks again.

If you’re looking for the safest stack then I would definitely go with what others suggest and get a SERM and AI. If you’re running both Andro products at the suggested dose, then you could possibly get away with an OTC PCT product. It’ll be a gamble though.

Nate, I loved your low-t series and will be calling Primebosy today. I’ve also been looking into trying an Ostashred/Anafuse 8 week cycle.
Question: did you tell your low-to doctors about either cycle, or monitor your T levels differently? Or does none of that matter since suppression is a non-issue as you’re directly injecting T weekly?
Oh, and did you find Ostarine anabolic at all or were you cutting at the time and couldn’t test it that way?

Thanks, Jeff! Definitely give them a call, they’ll take good care of you. Make sure you use the code Lewis27 to get the reader discount. I did tell my doctor about my cycles, but I kept them well spaced from my blood work so I could gauge how the TRT was effecting me vs a supplement I’ll only take here and there. And you’re right in suspecting that shutdown isn’t really an issue. Being on TRT negates the need for PCT and worrying about long term shutdown. Ostarine is best known for muscle retention, but it’s excellent for increasing strength. So even if it doesn’t build muscle directly, your increased strength will allow you to pump out the reps with heavier weights, leading to muscle gains via that route. I actually increased my strength on both cycles even though I was eating below maintenance on one and at maintenance on the other. Good luck and let me know if there’s anything else I can do!

    Hey Nate,

I’ve been trying to do my own research on stuff like this on and off for the last few months. Have you ever heard of the Bulking Andro Platinum Kit by LG Sciences? I’d like to hear your opinion on it if possible.

I have heard of it and it looks pretty decent. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s liquid and meant to be absorbed under the tongue. It’s said to be a better delivery system so the doses are much, much smaller. But the studies and historical usage have only established effective dose levels for oral capsules. My first cycle was with this sublingual delivery and I didn’t notice a thing and I ran the product up to 4x the recommended dose. I had much better results going with the standard capsule like Super Mandro.

Just read the article. Very cool. Was wondering though, another popular, maybe most popular brand is IML 1 ANDRO. and it’s 50mg per cap. Is it something in their product that makes it more potent? It has a little more bergamottin. Or is Mandro really twice the bang for the buck? Thanks

I know exactly the one you’re talking about because it was the first one to come up in my search. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the product but the dose really is just that small making it impractical. If I remember correctly, it was going to be something like twice as expensive as Super Mandro to do a proper cycle.

Thats good news indeed! The reason I have been so hesitant in using any type of anabolic is because of my fear of loosing my gains once I stop with the supplementation, perhaps I will give this a go! Thanks for the feedback old sport.

Yeah, Super Mandro won’t put any water weight on you so anything gained is solid muscle mass and will mostly likely be retained after the cycle.

Hey Nate, nice write up! Just wondering, why are you recommending to stack Super Mandro with Andro the Giant to increases test? Andro the Giant is another prohormone. It would be much safer to run one at a time, and just use on cycle support like blockade. From readying the other comments, it dosent look like your readers understand AtG is also a PH.

Both supplements are indeed prohormones, but they convert to different hormones. The 1 AD in Super Mandro converts to 1 Testosterone which is very anabolic, but doest’t doesn’t support your testosterone levels. It actually suppresses it both during and after a cycle. So if you were to run 1 Andro by itself, you’d likely encounter low testosterone symptoms during your 8 week cycle (lethargy, low libido, etc.). Adding a 4 andro product like Andro the Giant will keep your testosterone levels up on cycle to prevent these issues. Nearly every anabolic cycle, both legal prohormones and illegal steroids, are run with a testosterone “base.” I’m on TRT which is like being on 4 andro year round, but if I wasn’t I wouldn’t use 1 AD without the 4 AD alongside it. Hope that helps clear things up for you. I know this stuff can get super confusing.

Hi, great post, after reacting badly to ostarine immediately and reading that SARMs may not be as good or as sid effect free as they first may seem; I am tempted to try this PH instead.

However you recommend stacking with Andro the Giant if you are not on TRT as you were.
I’m a bit worried about stacking two stong PH together at once as Andro the Giant sounds like it has more chance of converting to estrogen along with other more common PH side effects.

Mandro sounds like the much safer option, why can it not be supplemented alone?

Good question, Roberto. Super Mandro is a suppressive PH and although it makes you more anabolic, you’ll run into low T symptoms while on it if you don’t stack it with a PH that converts to testosterone (like Andro the Giant). Andro the Giant does have the ability to convert to estrogen but you can run a good cycle support with it and as long as you don’t go beyond the dosage listed on the bottle, you should be ok.

Can you take PH as part of a Intermittent Fasting regime as I use the LeanGains method of 16 hours fasting with 8 hours feeding window.

Or do you need to constantly feed your body when on PH?

Did you take all the tablets in one dosage or spaced out throughout the day. And same with cycle support how do you space that dosage out? e.g. do you take all capsules together in the morning on an empty stomach or with meals?

            Thank you,

You can take a PH with Intermittent Fasting but you might not get the best results. I took my caps over the course of the day, split between breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

It’s highly recommended that you take 1-AD (mandro) with a test base like 4-AD or straight testosterone. I ran 1 bottle of super mandro with 1 bottle of andro the giant and gained roughly 8 lbs. The study that I think nate has posted here says the participants gained an average of 8 lbs as well i think. I had no side effects although my joints did get a little achy despite tacking joyful joints.

I hear a LOT of people feel really s*** on PH, how did you feel as you were already injecting T because of TRT?

I’m guessing they feel like this because of their already existing low T-levels or shutdown of it during the cycle.

How did you find out in the first place about your low T-levels, as I fear I may be suffering with it?

    Thank you,

People definitely feel like shit on PH cycles because of Test suppression. It’s best to either be on TRT of take another PH that converts to testosterone while on cycle. As far as finding out about having low T, I felt like shit and suffered for most of my adult life. Then I bounced around between a couple doctors and spent a lot of money getting no where. You can short cut that and go through the network of doctors I currently use. Check out my review of PrimeBody.

Question for Nate and other pursuers of mass:

Last year I did a 4 week cycle of 1 bottle of super mandro stacked with 1 bottle of andro the giant and had good results. The most impressive thing about it was that I had been on a mass gaining cycle for the 3 months leading up to it and eating around 4000 calories a day with very slow weight gain. By the time I started this cycle I was pretty sick of eating so much food and my class schedule became much more intense. Consequently, I wasn’t as diligent about eating or tracking my calories and probably ate more like 3500 calories a day. Despite dropping calories I went from around 160 to 168 lbs over that month.

That was almost exactly one year ago, I’ve just come off of an 8 week cutting cycle and I really want to ramp things up. I’m thinking of running an 8 week cycle of 3 bottles of super mandro, 2 bottles of andro the giant and 2 bottles of androvar. I’m around 165 right now and would be aiming for 2.5 lbs of lean mass per week for a total of 20 lbs over 2 months. I think it’s an attainable goal. What are your thoughts, Nate? Has anyone here stacked these 3 supplements before?

I’ve never run that combo so I’ll leave that to others to comment on. With a stack like that, I think 20 lbs is attainable, although it may not be 100% lean gains. Just make sure you taper up your doses so that if you have any sides you’ll notice them at a lower dose. Let me know how it goes!

Great info. It seems this may affect different people differently, as I’ve seen another review that daid the product caused higher aggression. My question is, how long does it take for blood cholesterol levels to get back to normal? And do you have to be more diligent about minimizing dietary cholesterol while on cycle and afterward?

I did not have blood work done at intervals following my cycle so I can’t say for sure how long it takes. There are always risks and it’s best to eat the most healthy diet you can while on any cycle.

I don’t know if I got low-T but I’m planning to get a blood test as soon as possible. I’ll read your four parts article about TRT soon. I have a few questions for you:
    – Should I wait for my blood test before starting Ostarine and Red Pct?
    – Now that Osta-Red is gone, should I replace it with Super Mandro or with another Ostarine product?
    – Should I change or keep my workout plan (4 sessions a week) and diet if I take Ostarine and Red Pct?
    Thank you

Definitely get your blood work first. From my experience, Super Mandro is a good substitute for Ostarine. You can keep your workout plan the same but adjust your calories to meet your weight loss or weight gain goals.

        Hi Nate,
What would be your advice when meeting a doc for TRT? I saw on the internet that a lot of doctors don’t really know about TRT and can refuse to do it even if you got low-T. I’m in Canada so I don’t know if it will be different.
Would Red-PCT be a good replacement though?
        Thank you again for replying
